Le branchement idéal...

bonjour,
il me reste quelques bouts d'ongles et de doigts et de frein ; ) à ronger en attendant mon a-500 pro...

lorsque je le recevrai, je veux profiter de tout ce qu'il peut offrir, normal...

aujourd'hui, avec mon a-400, je passe en hdmi jusqu'à mon ampli audio-vidéo qui lui est câblé aux baffles.

mais les fiches xlr du a-500 pro semblent donner un meilleur rendu audio, non? alors comment effectuer le branchement idéal? à quoi brancher mon a-500 et avec quel type de câbles?

Bonjour,

j’ai reçu POPCORN HOUR A-500 M Hi-Fi est je tiens à vous faire part de mon mécontentement concernant le montage de l’alimentation :

à la première prise en main le transformateur torique n’était pas bien serré se balader dans le boitier donc obligé de vérifier qu’il n’y avait pas de dégât à l’intérieur.

Plus grave les cosses mâle à l’intérieur de l’embase de la prise secteur étaient pleines de soudure de ce fait les cosses femelle d’entrée 220 V du transformateur ne pouvez pas tenir correctement.

La carte d’alimentation était fixée que par deux plots en plastique sur quatre, deux n’étaient pas verrouillés !

étant ancien électronicien j’ai fait l’intervention moi-même.

je trouve inadmissible que vous ayez pu envoyé l’appareil sans vérification ou votre technicien à un sacré problème.

Crop des vidéos

Bonjour,

Je viens de migrer d'un popcorn A-200 au VTEN pour me permettre de visualiser des vidéos encodées en H265.
J'étais très satisfait de mon A-200 et confiant dans mon achat dans le VTEN.
Mais, cela fait 2 jours que je tente de résoudre le problème suivant : toutes les vidéos que je tente de visualiser sont cropées à un moment donné (cela va de quelques secondes à plus d'une minutes de visualisation) et cela quelque soit le codec (h264,h265) ou la destination (ecran plama Panasonic ou vidéoprojecteur optoma HD80)

J'ai testé toutes les options de configuration écran et même testés 2 anciens firmware : sans succès.

Alors, est-ce un problème matériel de mon popcorn VTEN ?

Personnellement, I give up !!!

J'en ai marre du VTEN , quoique je tente j'ai toujours ce décalage de quelques secondes entre le son et l'image ... le module rame qu'il en peut plus lorsqu'il plante pas une fois sur 2 ... bref de la merde !!!

J'ai vraiment l'impression de mettre fait avoir ( ce qui arrive c'est la vie mais ça fait jamais plaisir quand ça arrive)

Alors j'ai tout tenté, tous les réglages possibles et imaginables toujours le même résultat.

C'est consternant quand on voit le prix de ce cale porte .... Bref je n'acheterai plus jamais rien de cette marque et je m'arrangerai pour que mes proches ne le fasse pas non plus ainsi que tout ceux qui croiseront mon chemin ... ah ça je vais pas leurs faire leurs pubs à CloudMedia. Angry

Donc pour moi c poubelle immédiatement car j'aurai honte de refourguer cette merde à quelqu'un j'aurai l'impression d'être un voleur ... car si ça dérange pas CloudMedia moi ça me gène !!!!!

Bon courage à tous ceux qui continue avec ce truc .... et que ceux pour qui il marche mesure la chance qu'ils ont ....

Problème vidéo

Bonjour à tous,
Je crois que mon problème avait en partie évoqué mais je ne retrouve plus le sujet...
En fait ce qui se passe c'est que par moment les couleurs de l'image "sautent", ça devient une sorte de négatif, ça peut durer quelques secondes comme plusieurs minutes puis ça revient à la normale. Si je fais un arret marche rapide, les couleurs redeviennent normale aussi mais c'est pas très pratique...
Ca me le faisait pas avec les toutes 1ere version (ça fait 1 an et demi que j'ai l'OHC), la 1.0.6 je crois, puis ça a commencé avec 1.0.10 il me semble, la 1.0.23 avait le même problème et je n'ai réussi à le résoudre que en installant la 1.0.11 béta. Ca doit faire un an et aucun problème. Sauf que hier je me suis dis "et si je faisait une petite MaJ" et en installant la 1.0.41, le problème est revenu.
Auriez vous une idée du problème et de sa résolution???

Depuis la maj du firmware, je n'ai plus de son lorsque je lance un film. Je suis obligé de le remettre le flm a 0 (touche rouge) plusieurs fois pour que cela fonctionne.
Avez vous une idée de l'origine de ce disfonctionnement ?

modifications impossibles !?

Shy bonjour,
Je viens d'acquerir un NAS synology (DS215j) avec 2 hdd (3to) et un Popcorn vten;
j'ai deja eu un popcorn A110 auparavant ,mais je suis vraiment novice en ce qui concerne les NAS.
J'ai quand meme su monter les hdd , installer DSM et media server et transferer mes video d'un hdd externe vers le nas.

Le nas est parfaitement visible sur l'interface media reseaux de mon popcorn  ,je peux aussi lire les video qui sont sur le nas ,mais il est impossible de modifier les titre ,affiches ,fanart des video sur le popcorn vten: j'ai le message :" Operation annulée. le systeme est en lecture seule" .
meme probleme pour les videos stockées sur ma freebox!
Par exemple quand je renomme une video dans DSM en : MA VIDEO/ANNEE.mkv ,je la retouve dans le popcorn en : 1.mkv#upnp#MA VIDEO/ANNEE.
ou bien j'ai meme une video bien renommée dans mon nas et qui  sur le popcorn apparait sous le nom :"2".
Via le nas NMJ et autres options sont grisés et donc inutilisables.

Dans DSM je peux renommer mes videos contenues dans le dossier partagé "VIDEO", mais
tout ce que je renomme depuis mon nas arrive au popcorn hour avec un nom totalement different! Huh

j'ai pourtant donné les permissions lecture/ecriture dans DSM.

quand je branche mon hdd externe sur le popcorn hour vten je peux effectuer toutes ces operations de modifications/renommage sur mes fichiers sans probleme,et je peux utiliser NMJ Wink
J'ai essayé plein de truc: SHR puis raid0,sortie des hdd pour les formater en NTFS (propriété/securité/controle total),formatage du PCH, réinitialisation du nas, essai avec d'autre disques durs etc...

je ne sais vraiment plus quoi faire pour profiter pleinement de la superbe interface NMJ du popcorn vten via mon nas

Formater le disque dur qui ne se démarre pas

Bonjour,
Je possède un ordinateur qui ne peut plus se démarrer. J’ai envie de le jeter. Avant ça, je veux supprimer tous mes fichiers. Mais comme il est impossible de faire démarrer l’ordinateur, je ne peux pas formater le disque dur avec le bouton droit sous Windows. Est-ce qu’il est possible de lancer le formatage de disque dur sans entrer dans Windows ? Merci bien.

j'ai du régresser l'OHC , sur la 41 google play et instable tout est instable d’ailleurs ,je suis repasser en 27 la c'est plus fluide moins de blocage moins de retour bureaux du lanceur

vous allez le passer quand le OHC en lollipop un !!

Comment faire pour choisir (ou forcer) une langue dans le client plex du PCH Vten ?

bonjour
j'ai un popcorn c-300 il ne démarre pas
j’ouvre interrupteur le bouton s’allume en rouge
j’appuie sur le bouton ça couleur il devient blanc et l’afficheur n'affiche rien
pour info il y a de diode sur la carte mère vert et rouge quand j’appuie sur le bouton la diode rouge allume et après s’éteint et le diode vert reste allume

j'ai ramené une alimentation d'un PC le problème n'est pas resolu

Lecteur multimedia 4k, lequel choisir ?

Bonjour à tous. Je tourne depuis environ 4 ans avec le A400 que je trouve vraiment excellent. Mais voilà, les bluray 4k arrivent, j'ai la Tv qui va bien (Samsung 65KS7500), l'ampli qui va bien aussi (Onkyo TX-NR 656).
Je souhaiterai en gros avoir exactement la même chose que le A400, mais avec HDMI 2.0 HDCP 2.2 dolby Atmos et donc de la 4k en 60htz. Je n'ai pas besoin d'emplacement pour un disque à l’intérieur puisque j'ai un Nas.
J'aimerai garder la même interface et pouvoir continuer à gérer ma biblio avec NMJ.
